At Digitals Sharks, we value client satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality digital services. However, due to the nature of our work (digital, creative, and customized), we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and returns.
1. Digital Services – No Physical Returns
All services we provide — such as website development, branding, digital marketing, photography, or content — are non-tangible and therefore not eligible for physical return.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases:

Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same service.

Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon work and no work has started.
💡 Note: If a project has started or partial work has been delivered, refunds will not be issued.
3. Non-Refundable Situations

Creative dissatisfaction after approved concepts

External plugin, software, or third-party platform issues (e.g., Shopify, Facebook Ads platform bugs)
4. Project Cancellation
If a client wishes to cancel a project before it’s completed:

Work completed up to that point will be billed.

Any unused payments may be converted into credit for future services (valid for 3 months).

Advance payments are non-refundable after work begins.
